Victorian gentry find diversions in the stories of the lower classes.

Victorian London, with its balls and parlours and high tea in the garden, can be such a bore!  That’s why the Albatross Crime Club was formed – to allow Ladies and Gentlemen the chance to create and experience entertaining and delightful diversions.  Even though the lower classes could never comprehend the intricate mysteries created by Club members, their dirty little lives are so very interesting to inhabit for an evening of faux crime.  What could possibly go wrong?
